Catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia will rejoin the Red Sox on Wednesday, when rosters expand. The switch-hitter didn't take much time to gain comfort on his rehab assignment at Triple-A Pawtucket, belting a pair of doubles in his first game on Friday night.
