BOSTON — Red Sox catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia returned to Fenway Park on Monday after having spent four days in the hospital with a leg infection that remains something of a mystery. He likely will join Triple-A Pawtucket for a four-game series in Rochester, N.Y., over the weekend.
