Victor Martinez put the Red Sox ahead with a homer in the eighth, but the Rays rallied and eventually won, 3-2, in 10 innings, on Dan Johnson's walk-off homer off Scott Atchison at Tropicana Field. The loss dropped Boston 5 1/2 game back in the AL East.
